You might enjoy Timothy Keller's "The Reason for God." He makes many of the same arguments I would make in response in the way of apologetics, only he does it a lot better and more thoroughly. Of course there is also Josh McDowell who addresses many of your points, and C.S. Lewis. But I highly recommend Keller's book.
