You article reminds me of my days as thrift store manager, because I sold to a lot of antique dealers who then stocked their stores or booths. It was great fun and I kept our prices low, so we had plenty of dealers in. People saw how well my store was doing and competition sprang up all around, but those other stores went out of business within a year or two. They didn't understand how much I did to draw in and keep good customers.
