Wow, what a powerful post. I agree with you about working with some women. My boss was a woman and she blatantly and obviously favored men. Even one of the men working for her told me, "She'll do what I want because I'm a man, and she likes men better."

I'm sorry you had to go through all that. Finding a job at 50 is so much harder. My husband lost his job and 55 and couldn't find work, no matter how hard he looked. He was willing to take anything! It finally worked out to the good, though, as he began teaching and entered a whole new career.
