When my husband worked in business managment and he had a job opening, he was told he could only fill it if he hired a Black person. When he changed careers and became a school teacher, he was aware of many scholarships for Blacks only, so he steered his Black students toward those. In Minnesota recently, the teacher's union voted to discard seniority and lay off White teachers first if layoffs were needed, in order to increase numbers of Black teachers. Are you doing these sorts of things in Europe to increase racial equity? I'm really curious to know how other countries deal with racial equity.
