What if two newborn babies were born, one with Down's Syndrome and the other one perfect. Only one baby could be allowed to live. Most people would pick the perfectly healthy one.

But consider this: What if you were omniscient, and and could see that the baby with Down's Syndrome would grow up to bring much love to their family. The siblings in that family would develop a compassion unusual in children, and would go on to do great things as a result.

The perfect child, on the other hand, would grow up to be Hitler.

Which one, then, would you choose?
