What a fabulous story! One of my friends, in her seventies now, gave up a baby at a Catholic home for unwed mothers when she was a teen. Years later, when she was married to someone else and their children were grown, her adult son found her. She was more thrilled than anything I've ever seen. They are now one big happy family.
