Well done article. when I taught a children's Sunday School class many years ago, I put up two names and two columns. Jesus Christ and Christopher Columbus. Then I said, give me proof for the existence of each man.

The manuscripts that were written about Jesus were written closer to his life than those written about Columbus. Both men had an impact on the world that lives on. Eyewitness accounts of the time, written years later, claim these men existed. There are several documents that attest to the fact. But truthfully, how can we prove any historical figures truly existed before modern times?

There is more proof of Jesus than most others.
