Trump Didn’t Win Because Americans are Sexist, Racist, or Stupid

We need to open our eyes and look at the real reasons.

I’m a terrible prophet. I realized this when I woke up and discovered Donald Trump had won the presidency. With misplaced confidence, I predicted many times that Kamala Harris would win.

So what happened to precipitate Trump’s improbable comeback; a comeback that even saw him sweeping the swing states and winning the popular vote? How could Democrats and pollsters have gotten it so wrong?

I’ve already seen comments on progressive social media sites and mainstream media claiming sexism racism, or stupidity won the day. They are referring to the more than 71 million people who voted for President Trump.

But I don’t believe over half the population of the United States is sexist, racist, or stupid. That’s an elitest attitude perpetrated by people who refuse to consider that their message or the way they delivered it might have been the problem.

Biden was elected as a Centrist

If you think back to the election of 2020, Biden ran as a centrist. He pivoted sharply to the left as soon as he won, but during the campaign, he ran as a centrist, and that’s why he won.
