There's an old man smell, too. I read somewhere that as our skin maures its natural antioxidant protection declines, resulting in an excess of lipid acid. Even animals produce different odors as they age, giving off a scent that helps other animals tell their age. However, it's not supposed to be an offensive or unpleasant smell.
