There is no innate criminality related to race. And stealing money from one group to distribute to another will not stop crime. As a matter of fact, that's what rhe communists did and millions were killed. So what's the answer? Strengthen the family, teach about the value and sanctiry of life, and keep dangerous, mentally ill people prone to violence off the street until they can be treated.
