The problem with featuring VERY BORING material most of the time is that people WON'T READ IT. Personal essays aren't boring. We learn from people's experiences. But some of the recommended articles that show up in my emails from Medium have titles that put me to sleep. If I can't even get past the title, I'm not reading the story.
