The latest changes appear to have caused a big dip for everyone, regardless of what they write about. Like you, I write as a hobby. But I feel for people who were making a considerable chunk of their income on this platform.

And I'm afraid some of the very good writers will jump off the bandwagon here and head for greener pastures. But of course, that always happened anyway.

One thing that bothers me though is far fewer views, from 30,000 to 13,000 in a month for me. My consternaton over this has nothing to do with money. Writing might be a hobby, but we enjoy having readers.
