The economy needs to open, of course, but it isn’t reasonable to open without your average person being able to obtain a mask, get a coronavirus test or expect some sort of treatment (outside of the last resort ventilator) if they come down with it.

This is an extremely lethal virus, as evidenced by the number of fatalities despite sheltering in place. We need to open, but we also need to have measures in place, or many people will die. So far, I’ve not been able to buy a mask. People with symptoms in my state have not been able to get tested. And the only people getting trial medicines seem to be movies stars like Tom Hanks. We need to do better before we open.
