That's ridiculous.

This is the narrative arc The New York Times gives the five million working women between 45–60? We have awful symptoms, we miss work, we cost companies bazillions of dollars, so it’s better to leave than be fired?

That's ridiculous. My female employees in that age group were the best. The younger ones ducked out at lunch to have sex with their boyfriends and returned all rumpled hours later or didn't show up for work at all.
