Thanks for mentioning my story, Ruby. I'm so glad you liked it. Covid really did dampen a lot of plans and lifestyles. My husband had a hard time because he retired right at the beginning of it and couldn't do any of the traveling or volunteering he had planned on. Then my mother came to live with us and we were truly tied down.

As far as friends, it's hard to make them and I've found I have to be more persistent than I like, being a somewhat introverted person.
