Thanks for bringing this to our attention in your interesting article. I had never heard of menstrual leave, as it was never a thing when I was in the workforce.

I worry about a couple of things, though. Will this take us back to days when men attributed everything to a woman being on her period and doctors attributed every female complaint to "hysteria?"

Also, will people hire fewer young women because they're afraid women will take off too much time that might have to be covered by somebody else?

And will it be discriminatory against Trans women who don't menstruate?
