I'm sure we can all cite statistics to support our biases, and I tried to present arguments for both points of views. But in the meantime, what do you believe we can do to stem the tide and stop these tragic mass shootings?

One of the recommendations I mentioned was arming at least 5 percent of our teachers. Another one was disclosing the criminal threats and activities of students, even when disclosure violates their rights to privacy. But I doubt those ideas are going anywhere.

Currently Congress cannot even agree to increase school security and police presence in schools.
