Thank you C.M. You're right about mental health. It's stigmatized without any good treatments. When I was a flight attendant, the fattest twins on earth (literally, Guiness Book of World Records) were on my plane. They had to book 2 seats for each and remove the armrest. When I started serving breakfast, one of the twins said, "I paid for two seats so I get two breakfasts." I said, "Well that makes sense," and brought him a second meal.
