Thank you! When I interviewed for a job with a nonprofit years ago, the director asked me how I would feel if I discovered people were taking advantage of the nonprofit. I answered that I would rather be taken advantage of 10 times if it meant that we kept even one person who wasn't taking advantage from falling through the cracks. They hired me for the job and I was with them for 15 years, helping lots of people even though some took advantage.
