Terrific piece with an important message. Already, before the pandemic, Holocaust deniers were becoming more mainstream. There seems to be a concerted push to disregard or re-imagine history, refashioning it to fit a different narrative. It's also frightening to see sentiments that reflect the extreme nationalism and willingness to blindly follow certain leaders or parties, which is what enabled the rise of Nazi Germany.
