Stefani, this is a wonderful, heart-wrenching story. It’s incredible and criminal that in their obsession with keeping children with birth parents, our legal system over and over again sends children back to horrible, dangerous environments. I know, because my daughter has had numerous foster children and the primary focus is to get them back to their parents, no matter what. This poor precious brother of yours came into this world with so many strikes against him and he has suffered blow after blow. Praise be for your kind heart and your love.
