Reminds me of when I worked for a charity and we gave away break and pastries given by grocery stores. Some people would receive the bread, take it back to the store and try to get money, saying they had bought it and it was stale. We had to start marking each loaf for no return , which consumed a large amount of our time as there were racks and racks of bread.
