OMG! Awful! When my youngest son was a baby I took him to the doctor with strange brown spots in his diaper area. Doc said they were skin tags, something only old people usually got. Then I saw one of the brown spots move. I said “They’re not skin tags! They are alive!” They were tiny deer picks my baby had picked up while playing at the edge of a lake! The doctor tweezered them all off and fortunately my son didn’t get lyme disease.
