Oh dear, I feel for you. It happens to so many people and seems hardest when it's a spouse. I took care of my mother with dementia for 20 months until she died. I'm with a team at our church that holds seminars for caregivers of people with dementia. We hold them once a quarter and have guest speakers, like lawyers, people from memory care, assisted living, hospice, etc. You should start looking into all the resources you can, as you will need help at some point.
