My husband’s a teacher, so I know what you say is true about the endless paperwork and administrative demands. He works all the time! He’s in high school, and the students cheat with full parental support. Teaching is not for the faint of heart, whether you’re a man or a woman. He used to work in the computer industry, and there were issue there, too: ever-increasing quotas, bad managers, etc. But bravo to you for caring so much about your students! That takes a special person.
