My granddaughter cut her long, thick curls off and has very short hair because it won't "behave." When she grows it out the least little bit, it's a bushy Afro again, and she cuts it again. I loved it long and unruly, but she says she can't get a comb through it and she likes it short. So whatever she wants! Great article!
