My friend is getting ready to get on Ozempic to lose weight, although she just got over a year-long battle with colitis. I'm like you. I wouldn't want food hanging around in my stomach that long. I enjoy feeling hungry, then eating something delicious. They're starting to discount that whole body mass index thing now, anyway. It doesn't seem to have much to do with longevity after all.
