Mine's almost exactly in line with yours, Roz. I was thrilled to get the bonuses. When I first started on Medium in 2017 there was no pay, but after a couple of months they rolled out the program and when I got my first $12 I was thrilled. I can usually only manage about 12 stories a month, although every month I go into it planning to do more and have a gazillion ideas jotted down for future articles. The platform is constanty changing things up, so staying flexible is crucual.
