I've gotten a lot of those, too, having been called everything from an elitist to a mysogynist. But the articles that generate those responses are usually the ones that have the most reads, too. I think it just goes with the territory. People these days think they can hide behind the anonymity of social media and spew out whatever the want. Keep sharing your message, stating your truth and ignore them. They don't know you.
