I’ve found that avoiding sweets and heavily processed foods really helps, along with good supplements and probiotics. Just because something is healthy doesn’t mean it’s good for my body, so I have to pay attention to how I feel after eating certain foods. Also, I try to never get “stuffed,” to eat plenty of healthy fats and to get plenty of exercise. I can deviate sometimes if I don’t make a habit of it.
