It's not just the gray hair. Men want YOUNG women working as newscasters and announcers. A favorite CNN correspondent of mine years ago was fired when she got to be a "certain age," although she still looked great. It's what happens to all the women in the news. But of course, not to the men, who plug away, gray hair and all, into their dotage.
