It's called Skin Glow from Advocare. The ingredients are astaxanthin and tocotrienols. When my hair stopped falling out and started to thicken up I lined up all my supplements and researched the ingredients to try and figure out why. From what I learned about tocotrienols, which I had not known before because I wasn't even taking the supplement for hair, tocotrienols have been somewhat successful in trials to treat alopecia.
