I’m way way past menopause and glad of it! My nails are now longer and stronger than ever. Also, the insomnia went away and I sleep great. Cut out sugar and stress, take some good supplements and eat what you want just not too much of it. Also, lots of exercise. My fitbit is set for 12,000 steps. Thanks for the posts! Menopause has its challenges but without doing anything artificial, life on the other side is good.
