I'm glad to see they're only renters. My mother who was a landlord had to take her renters to court one time to get rid of them, and that was before the era of Covid when it's frowned on to eject renters. She won, though, after the renter got up and told the judge my mother was a bully. My mother was 97 at the time. When the judge asked why she was a bully, the renter said, "Cause she's always after us to pay our rent."
