I'm glad I got the J&J vaccine a day before it was paused. 1 out of a million is a risk I can accept. As an aside, a friend of mine died recently a few weeks after the Pfizer vaccine. He was hospitalized with low platelets, then had a stroke. They say it had nothing to do with the vaccine. So what do we really know about any of them, except that the risks associatied with COVID-19 are so much worse?
