I was always forgetful, ADHD and absent-minded, so it’s only as I’ve gotten older and started paying more attention that I’m starting to remember stuff. I also eat coconut oil, which helps, I don’t care what the skeptics say. But it surprises me each time I don’t have as much stamina and strength to walk several miles with energy left over or work in the garden. I take more breaks!
