I love 4th of July! Here's how I celebrated this year. We went to my daughter's for home cooked barbecue, then they crushed bushels of apples in an old cider press they bought and I drank some of the best cider I've ever had. After that my daughter made peach cobbler from their home grown peaches. We saw some distant fireworks going off on the way home. Once home, we watched the Capitol July 4th show on the White House lawn and it was spectacular!
