I hope it goes great and the recovery time flies by! I've had many friends who have had hip replacements and it's always gone very well. My sister-in-law is having a knee replacement in two days, and her recovery is expected to be about 3 months. My brother (her husband) is already joking about how she schedules her surgeries right before the holidays and he ends up cooking Thanksgiving dinner.
