I heard a doctor say this subvariant was so miniscule that masks wouldn't stop it. But I don't know. I believe wearing a mask will help. Even if it doesn't prevent Covid, maybe it will prevent the flu.

Best thing to do is take lots of vitamins. I got Covid and took zinc and vitamin D every day, along with B vitamin supplements. My husband got Covid and got some prescriptions for steroids and antibiotics. My brother and brother-in-law got Covid and are taking Paxlovid. My sister-in-law was prescribed something different.

We all live in different states, all vaccinated and boosted, some have co-morbidities. This subvariant is like a bad cold and there's not much we can do to prevent it.
