I have always noticed that Medium responds promptly and wants the best experience for its readers and writers. When I've had technical issues and contacted the tech team, they sent me emails assuring me they were working on the problem. Then after the problem was fixed, they followed up to make sure things were working properly again and asking if i was satisfied.
