I had a doctor who scheduled appointments 6 months in advance and refused to do reminder calls or texts. Needless to say, I missed an appointment made 6 months earlier. They charged me a 50 no show fee. I asked if they could call or text next time to remind me. They said We don't do that. I switched doctors.
