I don't know, my husband was only supposed to hire people who were Black, and my employer encouraged me to hire people of color. Also, when my husband became a school teacher, there were scholarships for black only candidates because colleges were trying to increase their numbers of minority students.

Privilege to me is being born in a country that has freedom and opportunity for all people, that allows me to worship as I please, and that doesn't enslave anyone or force women to wear hijabs or burkas. Maybe if we would all be grateful for our wonderful privileges, we could stop dwelling on how were are slighted or somehow treated unfairly.
