I am your age, approaching 70, and I have pulsating titinitis which is heartbeat sound. It mostly only occurs when I'm sitting still and doesn't bother me much. Glad you're getting a hearing aid as hearing loss in the worst! I lost hearing at 39 and had surgery that corrected it.
