I always enjoy your articles, James. I'm puzzled about why so many health care workers don't want to get vaccinated, even if it means they lose their jobs. Also, there seems to be widespread disparity in different countries about how effective the vaccines are against the Delta variant. Maybe they just don't know at this point.

And on another note, the J&J vaccine appears to be the "red headed stepchild," left out of all discussions about efficacy and boosters. I did read one study that maintained the J&J vaccine was 85 percent effective against the Delta variant, which was surprising and encouraging.
