I agree. I'm almost 70 and my husband is 72, but we have no current intentions to downsize. He enjoys mowing the grass, and I like having five bedrooms and four bathrooms so when our many grandkids visit we have room for them. Also, the house is paid for. Why go to the trouble of moving? I also have my dream house on a lake, and can walk out my door and swim or kayak any time I want.
