Honest and well-done article. My sister in law who has been a lifelong everyday heavy drinker quit cold turkey completely a few months ago because she said she realized she couldn't be a moderate drinker. One always led to more. She's in her sixties and I don't know what prompted her to quit. It sure surprised me.
