Great story. My husband is the service contract guru. He finds wording in the fine print that no one else can see, which always entitles us to new appliances. The caveat is that we must wait for months, taking our clothes to the laundry, going without an oven. But he is more persistent than the service contract people, and eventually the wait pays off with some brand new appliance, delivered and installed.
