Great article! My experiences with Airbnb's have been mostly positive, too. I would never expect them to criticize me for leaving things in the wrong cupboards, tough. On another note, one of my good friends is the owner of two Airbnb's, and he spends hours on the phone every day making customers happy, having things fixed, and answering questions. It's an interesting look at the other side of the issue. We're lucky to be invited to be their guests at his two vacation homes when they're not being rented out!
