Good suggestions. There are anomalies, though. Or should I say, outliers. My mother lived to be 102, she hated excercise and was even suspicious of it. She ate hot dogs, barbecue, fried chicken, white wonder bread, and I don't remember ever having fruit in the house except at Christmas, She was happy, with a lot going on, though. She was mentally sharp until 100, and then declined. My dad, a chain smoker and daily drinker who loved Little Debbie cakes and fatback, lived to 92.
