Good luck! I bet your plan works great! We each have to do what’s best for our bodies. For instance, I read about fasting as part of a diet and I used to be able to do that, but now I can’t fast anymore because skipping a meal makes me feel weak and sick. I also think your idea to indulge once in a while is the right way to go. It’s too depressing to deprive ourselves all the time without something to look forward to!
